We trust you will be satisfied with your Bon-Ton's purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, Bon-Ton's online return policy is stated below.

Bon-Ton will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) or Bon-Ton will issue a store credit, at the customer's choice, when each of the following conditions are met:

  1. The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, except as otherwise stated on the face of the packing slip or on the item's product page.
  2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and
  3. The merchandise must be accompanied by either the original Bon-Ton Receipt or the original Bon-Ton Proof of Purchase Label. (Proof of Purchase information is included on the packing slip for all Bon-Ton Direct orders.)
  4. All merchandise tags remain attached.
  5. A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been obtained.

Follow these instructions to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a RMA. Under no circumstances, will a return be accepted unless a valid RMA has been issued.

  1. Contact Customer Service at concierge@bostonstore.com with the following information:
    1. Order Number
    2. Item name that you would like to return
    3. Reason for return
  2. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a response from Customer Service.
  3. If your purchase is eligible for a return and there is no further information needed, Customer Service will issue a RMA.

Follow these instructions to send return back

We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Bon-Ton may offer a FedEx return label you can print from your computer and attach to the return package.

Small Package Returns:

  1. Re-pack your returns along with your receipt. You may use the original box.
  2. Affix the return label to the box. Be sure to cover or remove any previous labels. You will be charged $7.95 for use of the return label.
  3. Drop your return at any FedEx location.

Special Handling Returns: Instructions will be provided with the RMA.

Your refund should process within 3 - 5 business days after your return has been received and processed.

No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.
